Stockbridge Square & Mud Creek Coffee,

Stockbridge, WI 

This design-build project was done with one main goal; to revitalize the downtown in a small town.  The owners wanted to breathe life back into their main street to avoid being consumed by surrounding cities.  Utilizing the strong structure of a closed business, Parsons Brothers turned the one use 8,000 Sq Ft facility into a multi-tenant strip mall.  

The project began with gutting the interior, giving the exterior a new facade, and adding an EFIS.  The next phase was building an office space and anchoring the mall with Mud Creek Coffee.  Mud Creek Coffee is a big city style cafe'  serving coffee drinks and food.  As shown in the pictures on the right this was an interesting build utilizing tumbled brick, "old tin" style acoustical ceiling tile, and engineered hardwood flooring  to create an old world atmosphere in a new facility. 

Currently Parsons Brothers is building out a 1,800 Sq Ft office space for a communications company, leaving the balance of 2,000 Sq Ft  available for future tenants.  

Dandy Lions Salon,

Town of Buchanan, WI

Located in the Concord Plaza Strip Mall on Hwy KK, just East of Appleton WI.  We started with an unfinished tenant space with only one existing interior wall.  The owner, Stacey Prodoehl, along with her design partner Gail created a salon dedicated exclusively to children and to making a parents life just a little bit easier. 

Stacey's attention to detail made this an extremely fun build, which included floating columns, bright multi-colored floors and walls, curved bulkhead, glamour area complete with fashion show catwalk and karaoke machine, a relaxing Mom & Me pedicure room, and finally a large party room.  Not to mention back room office space, ADA bathroom, break room, and mechanical room.
