We are a General Contractor that specializes in Industrial, Commercial, Design/Build, and Metal Buildings. Our past projects include schools, churches, agricultural buildings, wastewater management facilities, retail developments, municipal buildings, and industrial facilities.

Two brothers, Bill and Dick Parsons, started the family company in 1957 with borrowed money from a third brother to purchase a pick-up truck. Today with over 15 employees and a fleet of vehicles and equipment, Bill Parsons Jr. is leading the company into a successful future.

We have skilled craftsmen with over 100 years of combined experienced which allows us to self -perform concrete, masonry, carpentry, structural steel, and metal buildings. Self-performing ensures consistent quality throughout construction, a smooth project flow, tighter controls of the budget, flexibility to meet changes, and a quicker response to an owner's needs.

Another key difference of our organization is we utilize independent architectural services with our design/build projects. This is important because it provides our customers with a broader range of options, a system of checks and balances to ensure the project meets specifications, and a third party to consult when making project decisions or changes.
